What is the estimated shipping time for orders?

  • In stock at vendor: Ships within 6-8 business days.

  • Drop-ship merchandise: Shipped directly from our suppliers within 7-14 business days.

  • Out-of-stock items:
    You will be informed if an item is unavailable when your order is processed.
    We will email you the estimated lead time, and you may:

    • Cancel the order for a full refund, or

    • Keep the order and receive ongoing updates.
      You may cancel anytime before shipping for a full refund.

How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?

  • Tracked & Insured Shipping: £2.99.

Damaged / Hit Parcels (48-Hour Reporting Window)

If your parcel arrives damaged, hit, crushed, or visibly impacted, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@casefy.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Photos of the outer box showing the damage

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Your order number

After reviewing your case, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
You will not be responsible for return shipping if the item arrived damaged.
Please do not return the parcel before contacting us.
